Key Accountabilities
- Provides trip scheduling and coordination support for Company.
- Requires ongoing interaction across a broad network of customers, internal and external resources and service providers to ensure consistently outstanding pre-trip planning, real-time trip support and post-trip reviews for quality assurance.
- Coordinates requests for aircraft trips and scheduling aircraft in a flight operations system (FOS-NT), including tracking aircraft maintenance schedules and availability.
- Knowledge with Garmin satellite tracking systems for tracking aircraft locations and uploading/downloading tracking data.
- Position is on the North Slope with a rotating schedule of 7 days on/7 days off or 14 days on/14 days off to be determined.
- Must be willing to work in close proximity to landing and departing helicopters.
- Must pass a provided aviation fuel inspection/testing course and conduct daily quality control testing of aviation Jet-A fuel.
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily flight schedules and forecasting flight schedules with aircraft availability for multiple user groups throughout the day.
- Must give daily flight activity updates to multiple companies and agencies with MS Teams.
Required and Preferred Skills and Experience
- Senior level, typically 7+ years of experience.
- Understands advanced aspects of discipline and is viewed as an expert in a given field.
- Applies broad range of competencies to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Influences others to achieve objectives.
- Often provides specialized/technical/functional guidance to others within department and/or business asset.
