Technical Project Manager
Location: Remote
Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to deliver technology projects for a Shared Services organization for the benefit of customers in the areas of Casino, Government, Energy, Real Estate, Private Equity, and other business units. The priority project need is to lead the end-to-end deployment of Microsoft Windows Hello for Business, ensuring a seamless and secure transition to a passwordless environment.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
· Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
· Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining project momentum.
· Oversee the configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions for users, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption.
· Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.
· Ensure adherence to security best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
· Drive successful organizational change management for end-user computing, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
· Develop and execute comprehensive training programs and change management strategies to ensure a seamless transition and positive user experience.
· Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and IT staff in the transition to passwordless authentication.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on delivering complex technical projects.
· Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· PMP certification is required.
· Experience in organizational change management, particularly in end-user computing environments.
Nice to Have:
· Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Hello for Business and passwordless authentication technologies.
· Experience with similar cutting-edge technology deployments.
