Location: Tulsa, OK
Description:
- Utilize security systems to monitor properties and assets.
- This is a 24×7 operational team position that will assist employees, vendors, and contractors, deter criminal activity, perform investigations, enable site visibility, and will perform incidence response.
- This will consist of intrusion, access control, surveillance, intercom solutions and AI to perform all necessary security functions for the enterprise from the Security Operation Center (SOC).
- Utilize security surveillance and intrusion detection solutions to monitor and secure properties.
- Provide tier 1 support for employees, vendors, and contractors with physical security and access issues.
- Provide tier 1 support in troubleshooting and reporting issues related to all physical security endpoint devices. Partner with Network Operations Center. (NOC) of any possible network outages.
- Respond to intercoms across the organization to maintain flow of personnel and deliveries to all locations.
- Review and escalate incidents to assess urgency to appropriate organizational leadership if necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports and timelines regarding incidents around security including but not limited to extent of damage, theft, accidents, and vandalism. May also include various other situational events outside of security that are monitored.
- Create, maintain, and add/remove permission for access badges for all employees, vendors, and contractors within the organization including secure and auditable areas
- Demonstrated ability to interact, advise, guide, and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate, assess, identify, research and remediate security issues and perform risk and vulnerability assessments.
- Experience conducting assessments, interacting, advising, and communicating effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc
