Executive Assistant

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description: 

Our client, with a legacy dating back to 1947, is on a mission to have our fingerprint on every pipeline in the world by 2032. We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to the CEO to support this vision. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance, involving coordination with external teams in product development and marketing. The CEO is a creative visionary with a direct and demanding communication style. The ideal candidate will exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, excel in decision-making, and adeptly manage external partnerships to optimize throughput for our customers by applying established technologies across industries.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance:
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, travel arrangements, and communications with precision and foresight.
  • Act as the primary interface with external stakeholders, representing the CEO.
 
Product Development Coordination:
  • Oversee coordination with external R&D, engineering, and manufacturing partners to develop and launch products that align with our mission.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance to ensure we meet our global objectives.
 
Marketing Support:
  • Work with external marketing consultants or agencies to ensure marketing strategies support our product initiatives and global footprint.
  • Collect and analyze market feedback to inform product enhancements.
 
Strategic Coordination:
  • Provide strategic insights to the CEO, leveraging external collaborations to further our goal of enhancing resource delivery.
  • Scout opportunities for internal capability development based on external project successes.
 
Leadership and Coordination:
  • Delegate effectively to external partners, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
  • Document processes and insights to pave the way for our internal team growth.
 
Qualifications
  • Background in managing projects or partnerships in a global context, ideally within industries similar to ours.
