Job Description

AV Technology Analyst I

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Description: 

The AV Technology Analyst 1 role is largely to implement and support solutions for Audio Visual (AV) Technologies. Primary responsibilities include supplying operational support for video, audio, and control systems. This position will be onsite in the Oklahoma City office.

Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience considered in lieu of degree.

Required Experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of AV system technologies; design and configuration.
  • AV installation experience to include installing projectors, mounts, screens, cables, microphones, and speakers etc.
  • Strong experience with conference space and management
  • Strong communication skills with third party vendors and teammates.
  • Strong coordination skills, and ability to identify prerequisites/dependencies on projects.
  • Ability to be flexible when priorities change, and trouble shoot problems as they arise.
  • Ability to identify emerging technologies to build solutions with the future in mind.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, occasional evenings, or weekends.
  • Must be able to perform moderate lifting, climbing, and crawling needed to troubleshoot and install audio visual hardware.
  • Motivated by teamwork and success as a group.

Preferred Experience
  • AV related software experience (Appspace, Teams, Outlook, AD, etc.)
  • AV production experience, to include operating a digital audio mixer and video equipment (switchers, cameras, lighting)
  • Crestron specific training or related experience.
  • Experience with emerging technologies such as digital signage, video walls, or augmented reality.
  • Requirements gathering, such as previous business analysis experience.
  • Project Management, formal or informal.

Responsibilities
  • Document, support, and maintain audio visual infrastructure.
  • Identify opportunities and make recommendations for a better end user experience.
  • Room commissioning and new construction installation validation/testing.
  • Equipment Decommissioning.
  • Video Teleconferencing endpoint management and administration.
  • Troubleshoot conference room issues with audio visual components and associated technologies.
  • Coordinate audio visual event support with internal/external customers.
  • AV production experience, to include operating a digital audio mixer and video equipment (switchers, cameras, lighting).
