Analyst Support

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description


This role involves analyzing, interpreting complex data inputs, finding patterns and explaining data in simplified terms. The role requires a strong background in data analytics, programming concepts, and data fundamentals to support senior data analysts in improving business process.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.  
  • Committed to safety, an aptitude to analyze financial data, analyze project asset data and report results.  
  • Create, organize, maintain and deliver ad-hoc reports.
  • Under supervision, analyze data trends or patterns and visually represent results of analyses in the form of graphs, charts, tables and scorecards.
  • Help prepare customized presentations and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Analysts to define business requirements and determine the capabilities that can be delivered.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects based on requirements.
  • Clean, examine and validate data to ensure data integrity.
  • Identify and facilitate resolutions to any data bugs or errors.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to drive improved performance.
  • Derive trends and patterns across sets of data and multiple sources.
  • Provide data analysis support for internal groups, including the requirement assessment, development and transition solutions into day-to-day operations.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
  • Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
 
Position Requirements  
  • Knowledge of information extraction and analysis techniques and practices. 
  • Knowledge of compiling and preparing reports, studies, forecast financial models and correspondence application to position.
  • Demonstrate ability of strong attention to detail, organizational skills and prioritization.
  • Of application of math, algebra, and statistical methods.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability in researching, planning, and facilitating process reviews and preparing related recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
  • Applicable driver’s license
  • Mobility to travel in and around office facilities.
  • Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions.
