Description
- Responsible for revenue accounting for NGL assets and NGL Marketing functions.
- Day to day will involve some routine activities – invoicing customers, paying customers, calculating COGS, reconciliations, and month end close.
- This role will also be responsible for margin explanations, variance analysis, analyzing new contracts and implanting them, automation/process improvement, and working across departments with FP&A, commercial, scheduling, and other accounting groups.
- This role will own a strategy within our NGL business and be the primary contact for customer questions, liaison to commercial reps, margin explanations etc.
Must have:
- Accounting degree.
- 6+ years of experience in accounting.
- Desire for career growth into a supervisory role.
- Good interpersonal skills, desire to collaborate with other groups within the company.
- Problem solver.
Nice to have:
- Public Accounting/Energy experience.
- CPA
- Desire to mentor/develop team members.
