Job Description

Records and Information Clerk

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description
  • Perform metadata capturing and quality control services to ensure accurate imaging and documentation of records.
  • Verify information, cross-reference with company database, correct errors, publish, and document discrepancies. This process ensures electronic information is accurate and reliable.
  • Manage records according to retention policy; image and publish via Perceptive Document Management; assist Facilities Dept and local areas in relocation.
  • Handle inbound and after-hours calls for records requests.
  • Focus on quality control and data processing.
  • Administer projects related to records management program. Deliver training on compliance for functional groups.
  • Ensure records data adheres to company policy.
  • Support employees and contractors with records classification and retention under senior staff direction.
  • Assist with facilities planning by evaluating resource and space requirements. Improve access and control through centralized and decentralized file management.
  • Coordinate inventory of records at field and remote offices across the enterprise.

Position Requirements  
  • Knowledge of records and information management programs; Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and other automation tools desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability interacting, advising, and communicating effectively (both written and verbal)
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Support the Central Records help desk by taking inbound calls during working hours and after hours as assigned (rotation).
  • Ability to learn GIS and Maximo.
  • Intermediate level (min) Excel skills.
  • Familiar experience with an enterprise content management (ECM) software suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team.
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs
