The person who performs in this position will support multiple projects for the Company.
Duties/Responsibilities
- General knowledge of architectural drawings.
- Competent with Revit/AutoCAD drawings production min 3-year experience.
- Clear communicator, able to work with team and take direction from more senior staff.
- May be working towards architectural license however not required
- General knowledge of city submittal process.
- General understanding of consultant coordination.
- General understanding of building assemblies and detailing of building systems
- Comply with all Company and HSE procedures and policies.

- Revit/AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Quality record keeping with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator and collaborator
Education and Experience
- 3-6 years’ relevant work experience.
- The person in this position occasionally needs to move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
- Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and printer.
- Follow all company and client operating procedures, standards, policies, and training to ensure safe and efficient operation on the site.
- Actively participate in the Company safety program by correcting or reporting unsafe acts and/or conditions
- Take part in and support HSE initiatives
- Ability to conduct site visits and walks.
