Job Description

HR Representative

Location: Tulsa, OK

Description:

Detail-oriented, highly organized, flexible, and tech-savvy. You will work within the Talent Acquisition team reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. You will work a hybrid schedule with some days working remotely and some days working in the office. This position will be located in Tulsa, OK.
  • Assist with duties and responsibilities related to all aspects of staffing and recruiting process including pre-employment screening, system hiring, and maintenance of applicable documentation.
  • Provide assistance with completing staffing and recruiting processes to fill vacancies including but not limited to:
    • Exchanging information with recruiters and hiring supervisors
    • Scheduling pre-employment physicals and drug testing
    • I-9
    • Hiring new employees in system
  • Compile, maintain, and/or prepare documentation of staffing activities such as job application information, employee documentation, job offers, and correspondence.
  • Utilize computers to track, compile, and prepare employment data.
  • Provide information and assistance relative to staffing processes to employees, supervisors, applicants, industry peers, and others.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
  • Additional duties as assigned.     

Position Requirements
  • Working knowledge of employment applicant information.
  • Working knowledge of human resource policies and procedures applicable to position.
  • Working knowledge of the use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including utilizing various microcomputer software applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of application of basic math.
  • Experience and training related to:
    • Employment practices and related governmental regulations
    • Governmental regulations relative to equal employment, affirmative action, and disability
    • Interpersonal/communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to compile and prepare information and reports pertaining to employee data, applicant information, policies, procedures, and correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop information and make presentations to groups and individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret manuals, reports, governmental regulations, training materials, job information, documentation, policies, procedures, and correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
  • Minimum Applicable driver's license Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings.
  • Able to operate office tools and equipment required.
  • Communicate and/or exchange information Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties
