Location: Tulsa, OK
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Human Resources generalist experience
- Payroll experience a must
- Experience recruiting and sourcing candidates
- Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee personnel records
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
- Manage workers compensation claims
- Work directly with the HR Manager and duties as assigned
- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, including staffing from temporary agencies
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars, as requested
- Maintains the company’s employee directory
- Stays current on recent federal, state and case law changes and monitors labor law updates and newsletters for changes that affect Human Resources
- Plan company events in office
- Run payroll
Education and Certifications:
- A bachelor's degree in the Human Resources and Organizational Development discipline is preferred;
- At least 3 years of Human Resources generalist experience
- Payroll experience a must
- Experience recruiting and sourcing candidates
